Return Process

  Contact our Design Advisor team within 30 days of delivery to start your return process.

  Inspection

  Provide photos of the item to confirm it is in original, like-new condition without damages.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a professional pickup of the furniture.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item is received at our facility, your refund will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee.
